April - sensors cleaning

Today Thursday April 25/13, I made sensors cleaning station. We started at 11:00 am, depth sensor has a broken part, as a small bite. The sensors were all covered with filamentous algae and some white calcareous algae. The chains and the central column were partially covered with Bivalves, sponges, filamentous algae, some corals, etc.

April complete cleaning

Today, Tuesday April 2/13, we made complete cleaning station. We started connecting the CTD at 7:50 am, then start cleaning at 9:15 am (sensors, center pole, and chains). We completed cleaning at 9:55 am. Then at 11:15 am we picked up the CTD.
The sensors were all covered with filamentous algae. The chains and the central column were partially covered with Bivalves, sponges, filamentous algae, some corals, etc.
